The Mediator

Tony Cavanagh is a NMAS nationally accredited mediator, with more than 35 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, negotiator and advocate. 

Tony is also legally qualified and has wide experience in professional indemnity claims, general commercial disputes such as contract, shareholder and leasing matters; wills and estates disputes and employment and workplace problems. 

Having participated in well over 100 mediations himself, and experienced the different dynamics in a range of disputes arising from different areas of law, he has the background to help disputing parties try to resolve their disputes.
